Border Patrol Headquarters and the National Border Patrol Council are pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the Operational Mobility Program. This program will increase the availability for funded relocations for frontline employees, with the expectation of offering 500 lump sum relocations between now and the end of Fiscal Year 2018. The USBP Nationwide Swap Program (NWS) will be open from June 26, 2017 at 8:00 am (CT) to July 10, 2017 at 4:00 pm (CT).
Employees will have the ability to submit up to 7 locations from a list of available duty stations. There will be no preference of choice. All choices will be considered as a location where the employee is willing to relocate. All selections are made on the basis of seniority.
