The National Border Patrol Council is proud to support Kevin K. McAleenan to be the next Commissioner of Customs and Border Protection. We urge the Senate Committee on Finance to quickly schedule his confirmation hearing.

Border Patrol Headquarters and the National Border Patrol Council are pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the Operational Mobility Program. This program will increase the availability for funded relocations for frontline employees, with the expectation of offering 500 lump sum relocations between now and the end of Fiscal Year 2018. More information will be provided in the days to come and we are hopeful to post job announcements on USA Jobs in the near future.

The USBP Nationwide Swap Program (NWS) will be open from June 26, 2017 at 8:00 am (CT) to July 10, 2017 at 4:00 pm (CT).

Employees will have the ability to submit up to 7 locations from a list of available duty stations. There will be no preference of choice. All choices will be considered as a location where the employee is willing to relocate. All selections are made on the basis of seniority.
