The National Border Patrol Council had the following flowcharts developed to help bargaining unit employees in determining what to do under the Federal Employee Compensation Act (FECA) when injured on the job. We hope these flowcharts prove to be useful for representatives assisting employees and for employees independently seeking information. OWCP Forms and Filing Timeline
The National Border Patrol Council developed this table of the most commonly used OWCP forms and the respective timeline for filing each form. For a fillable version of the form, click on the form number. Additional Form are located on the DOL DFEC forms page.
