Collective Bargaining Agreement, effective Nov. 1, 2019

The National Border Patrol Council is happy to announce that we have signed a new Collective Bargaining Agreement with CBP, which provides for agents to have beards, among other changes. The contract will take effect on November 1, 2019, so we will be providing more information and details in the coming days and weeks.
